Nashua, NH: This morning during a Nashua Chamber of Commerce Candidates Forum, Tea Party candidate Marilinda Garcia falsely accused Congresswoman Annie Kuster (NH-02) of supporting a medical device tax that hurts our local businesses. In reality, the record clearly shows that Annie Kuster supports repealing the medical device tax.  After hearing from New Hampshire employers about the impact of this tax on our state's economy, last year she cosponsored H.R. 523, the Protect Medical Innovation Act of 2013, which would permanently repeal the medical device tax. Kuster is a strong advocate for businesses across the state and in Nashua, and she will continue to fight for their best interests if reelected.
