“Sexual violence knows no bounds. It cuts across party lines, and impacts women, men, and families from every single district in this country. In New Hampshire, as many as 22.7 percent of all women and 4.9 percent of men have been sexually assaulted in their lifetime. Due to the stigma associated with reporting violence, the true percentage could be even higher. This is not a Republican or a Democratic issue, it’s an American issue.”
